四 | 当日，康保县人民政府发布情况通报，确认视频反映情况属实，系收购商为运输保鲜实施的违法行为，公安部门已对相关人员、车辆依法采取强制措施，并对全县蔬菜各环节展开全面排查，紧急追溯涉事白菜流向。
