一 |     (ECNS) -- China has successfully achieved the independent mass production of various high-end specialty steels, securing domestic supply chains across marine, aerospace, and electronics sectors.    By manipulating atomic structures to prevent brittleness and corrosion, researchers have developed high-performance steel for offshore wind turbines that allows for thinner plates and reduced alloy usage. This breakthrough is part of a newly established research-to-production system covering deep-sea, shipbuilding, and aerospace fields.    Key innovations include a 0.07mm-thick steel with high strength and ductility used in integrated circuit (IC) substrates and 5G receivers, and low-expansion steel for large aircraft molds.
